Gift Returns

Please contact us as returns@caroljos.com if you would like to return a gift you received.   Include the original purchaser's name and email address.  You will receive information for returning merchandise.  Upon receipt and processing of merchandize you will receive an email from Carol Jo's with confirmation of refund in the form of a store credit gift card.   Please note, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

What is your jewelry made of?

The jewelry can be created with silver plated or gold plated materials.   The base metal may be brass, stainless steal, pewter or copper.   Products are lead and nickel free.  

How should I care for my jewelry? 

Avoid contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics.  Jewelry should not be worn in shower, pool or ocean.   Use care around lotion, sunscreen and perfume.   Store neatly when not in use.  Take care when packing jewelry for travel.   The jewelry may show a blemish over time, do not attempt to clean with jewelry/silver polish as it may cause damage. Polish with a soft cloth for jewelry polishing or one you would use to clean glasses or electronics.

Is Carol Jo's located in stores? 

We currently do have a brick and mortar store.   We do occasionally attend local vendor shows.  If we have a vendor show, it will be announced on our home page.
